The Journey

Our Story

Jukovsky jewelry was born in the heart of war. During night duty in the army, when fear and uncertainty were constant companions, I found solace in creating jewelry. I chose the path of “creation versus destruction”, challenging myself – could I create in the midst of chaos?

My path to jewelry art began at the age of 18 when a chance encounter with a jeweler changed my life. Working in a factory opened up a wonderful world in front of me, where I learned everything from casting to setting stones. A year later fate brought me together with my future teacher Sergey, one of the greatest masters of Odessa. He saw potential in me and offered me free tuition.

For five years I studied the intricacies of jewelry making, working in various workshops and gaining experience by learning from my master. For me, jewelry has always been more than just jewelry. I saw in them a philosophy, studied culture, history and religions to understand their role in the formation of mankind. The creative process became a meditative trance for me and I combined it with various spiritual practices. My travels to the museums of Rome and the study of architecture also had a profound impact on my vision.

When war broke out, I volunteered for the army and was sent to the rear. As I continued to create jewelry, I sold it to provide my friends on the front lines with needed gear. This activity made me feel empowered and connected to something bigger. This is how the idea for Jukovsky was born.

With my team, we organized fundraisers and sold thousands of pieces of jewelry, raising over $100,000 for air defense equipment, animal shelters, and support for retirees and refugees from the occupied territories.

On one of those dreadful nights, I felt a deep sense of connection to myself, an inner strength that comes from a seemingly infinite wisdom and acceptance of the present moment.

I realized that I wanted to embody this strength and wisdom for you in unique products, bringing not only beauty but also benefit through charity.
